The Grow With Guidance Team

Tommie Radd, Ph.D., Founder and Developer of the Grow With Guidance System, is now working out of our office in Ohio. She is available for consultation and presentations as time permits. In addition, she heads up the financial area of the company. Expenditures and receipts are handled at this office.

Janet Fidler, MS, LMHP, joins our team as a Developmental Guidance Specialist. She is a former Director of Guidance at Westside Schools in Omaha, NE. She has served as the president of the Nebraska School Counselor Association and cochaired the state committee responsible for writing the Nebraska Guidance Model. She worked with Dr. Radd doing research and teaching counselors how to create more effective guidance programs. She has lots of hands-on experience with the Grow With Guidance System in the classroom and is available for consultations, presentations, and/or training your staff.

Louise Parkert, Office Manager, heads up our Omaha office. She manages our product inventory and facilitates your orders for Grow With Guidance materials, as well as handles general office duties and updating this web site.
